10 most expensive homes sold, Nov. 11-24

A condo in Sullivan that sold for $580,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Madison County between Nov. 11 and Nov. 24.

In total, 17 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $275,759. The average price per square foot ended up at $138.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 11 to the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $219K, single-family home at 509 Lincoln Ave.
