Dunelm’s ‘stunning’ furniture set that ‘makes a room’ has up to £175 off in Black

Dunelm has slashed prices on a huge range of furniture and homeware in its Black Friday sale – including on a collection that has been praised by shoppers as “stunning” and “perfect”.

The retailer is offering up to 50% off hundreds of products online as well as selected items in stores, from sofas, mattresses and dining table sets to Christmas decorations, mirrors, lighting and wall art. Launched on Saturday, November 18, the sale will come to an end on Cyber Monday, November 27, meaning shoppers have a week to snap up the deals before they go.

Among the biggest discounts is a stylish range of Art Deco-inspired range of mirrored furniture called Delphi, with some of this collection available for up to half price. Currently going for 50% off are the Delphi Large Grey Sideboard, now £174.50 down from £349, the Delphi Large Slim Cabinet, now £149.50 down from £299, and the Delphi Storage Bench, now £94.50 down from £189.

Other items in the Delphi collection have 30% off in the Dunelm Black Friday sale, including the Delphi Grey TV Unit, now priced at £125.50 reduced from £179, and the Delphi 5 Drawer Chest, now £209.30 down from £299. Each piece of furniture is made in a classy grey colour with a circular mirror design on the front perfect for any modern living space, with matching accessories available to complete the look.

The top-rated piece of Delphi furniture now available to snap up at half price is the Large Grey Sideboard, which has a rating of 4.3 out of five stars based on 45 reviews from Dunelm shoppers. “Stunning piece of furniture! Absolutely love it. Arrived quickly and wasn’t damaged at all – perfect,” one person wrote.

Someone else said: “Cannot get over this unit. Makes a room, it stands out. I keep looking at it – so clean, fresh, and bright. Quality fab. Price is brill. If you keep going back to the unit and you’re not sure like I was, just buy it – you won’t be sorry.”

And a third shopper commented: “Stunning sideboard. Looks really modern and has plenty of storage. Came very well packaged. Relatively straightforward to put together with clear instructions. There were a couple of small scratches, but as they were on the base section it didn’t matter. I would recommend checking each piece carefully before assembling.”

However, a few reviewers left negative reviews because their furniture arrived “damaged”, while a couple of others remarked that they thought it was “poorly made”. Some shoppers had similar feedback for the Delphi Storage Bench, which has received a lower overall rating of 3.3 out of five stars, although this is based on just seven reviews so far.

One person said the bench was “cheap quality”, adding: “Not the sturdiest of benches. Some screws wouldn’t fit.” However, others disagreed, with one shopper writing: “Very pleased indeed with this bench. Good quality product, easily put together and looks fab!”
