Spectra Home introduces special-order program targeting interior designers

HIGH POINT — To further help designers complete their project visions, Spectra Home Furniture has introduced its special-order Custom Design Program, offering shorter lead times and more options.

“We love partnering with interior designers,” said Jim Telleysh, president. “We are focusing on helping them with their business by continuing to reduce special order lead times and expanding our fabric and leather choices.”

The program features more than 175 frames options, 185 designer fabrics and leathers, nailhead finish choices, contrasting throw pillows and contrasting welts at no additional charge. Plus, there are no order minimums.

“In addition to our Spectra Home sofas, sectionals, loveseats, chairs, ottomans and upholstered beds, we offer the latest on-trend designs with the addition of Tamara Day’s latest collection,” said Telleysh. “Once interior designers open an account, they will have access to fabric swatches, collection catalog links and photography for their idea boards.”

Tamara Day, host of Magnolia Network’s top hit show Bargain Mansions, partnered with Spectra Home to launch the Tamara Day by Spectra Home collection of  family-friendly upholstered seating that fits into her mantra of being affordable, attainable, and aspirational.

The collection includes transitional and traditional styling mixed with woven jacquards and textured solid fabrics, leather covers and reversible accent pillows.

Also, a portion of the proceeds from the Tamara Day by Spectra Home collection will be donated to Common Thread for the Cure Foundation to support those in the home furnishings and design industries battling breast cancer.

For more information designers can contact their area sales representative or Dennis Pressley, national sales manager.
