Alceon development director Todd Campling said the development was incredibly close to completion, with just four apartments left on the market.

“To be honest, it looks amazing,” he said.

“The view is just unbelievable, even from the ground floor. It’s such a unique and rare site.”

He said the development was built on the ridge line in Greenwich next to the highway.

“Buyers couldn’t believe the views and how quickly everything falls away,” he said.

“There was no need to do drone photography on this site.”

The Akoya development is build on the ridge line, with views from the ground floor.


Mr Campling said the views not only added value to the apartments, but were perfect for New Year’s Eve with people keen on ringing in 2024 on the rooftop.

“The views are like something from a skyscraper and this only eight storeys,” he said.
